* Residents & Students– Condition for benefiting of the reduced rate : University students will need to provide an official document from the university stating that they are enrolled at the time of the EFC congress in the University studies; junior doctors in training will need to provide a signed document from the department chair stating that they are working as a junior doctor at the time of the EFC congress.

* Delegates from Romania, Ukraine and Moldova – Condition for benefiting of the reduced rate : you must be resident in Romania, Moldova and Ukraine and it is mandatory to enclose an identity document, a scan of your passport or ID card with your residential address, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us efc.congress@thetriumph.com

Cancellation Policy :

All cancellations (both for the Congress and for the pre-congress courses) must be notified in writing (by email) to the Registration Department (registration@thetriumph.com) according to the following policy: The cancellation will be accepted until 31/07/2026 before this date the 50% of the amount will be refunded, bank administration fee will not be reimbursed.

No refund will be made for cancellations made after 31/07/2026.
