How to apply?

Held every two years, the EFC Congress is a major event for our European colposcopy and cervical cancer prevention community. It brings together colleagues from across Europe to share scientific knowledge, strengthen professional collaboration, and shape the future of our field. You can find the hosting application to complete here and this should be submitted to: efcsecretariat@thetriumph.com

When proposing dates, please avoid dates overlapping with major international events in our field or national colposcopy congresses.  This will help generate the widest possible attendance. Once selected, the final dates will be agreed upon in collaboration with the EFC Board. The undertaking covers the principal scientific, organisational, governance, and financial aspects of the collaboration. The Congress will be organised jointly by the EFC and the selected host society, with full scientific independence and close coordination between the EFC, the host society and the Core PCO. The selected society will subsequently be invited to sign the full Collaboration Agreement.

The selection of the next Congress host will take place during this year’s EFC Congress 2026 in Bucharest from 14 to 17 October 2026.
